in it to win it

....and it's dream big time for the lottery and the PRC pool of optimists! Note how Heather Staff uses her feminine charms in an attempt to woo fate to our side:

We, the above signed, promise to share the millions if our numbers come up this weekend. And we won't quit our jobs at PRC! Of course we won't! We'll just spend it all on Ben's cookies and more inflatable objects for the office.

And a Harley Davidson for me please.

Thank you in advance to the lottery gods.

Blair gets some action

We work hard here at Penna. And there is one man who enforces that: Neil Carter.

So it was no surprise that when he found Blair dossing the other day (and when we say 'dossing' we mean that we caught her only multitasking three items at once instead of her usual five) -- she was subject to the standard punishment round these parts:

spending the afternoon handcuffed to neil.

coffee

Last week, Jan & I took a vacation from our normal Caffe Nero brainstorm location to do a little work on the South Bank instead. And we were presented with some very clear evidence that the quality of coffee is a rather variable commodity:

Just as a special treat for you, if you click on the photo you can get a much closer look at the excellent quality of this cuppa.

Good lord, it looks like a poo!

PRC night on the town

Penna had a night out on the town last night... that's right, you missed it. Pleased to see that the City of London is still standing this morning. However, the same could not be said of KT and Mike last night, who (as you can see) were forced to resort to leaning up against each other in order to remain upright.

Aww, bless.

And not a deadline missed today, kids -- hangover or no.

Raph's all married now...

At a lovely Irish wedding with quite a few PRC folk in attendence, our Raphael got married.

I have never seen a bride grin so much, all day long. The wind blew her veil down the street -- she grinned. They joked about her forgetting her passport during the speeches -- she grinned. People danced on her dress during a big circle dance, guests tumbled to the floor, the party went on until the wee hours of the morning -- grin, grin, grin.

Congrats Raph & Steve!
